Returns & Refunds
We accept returns of unworn products within 30 days of receipt.

How to return
Contact contact@downtestadjust.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions and — where appropriate — a returns label.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receipt of the returned item, to your original payment method.
Exchanges
For an exchange, please return the original item and place a new order for the correct size.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, headwear and undergarments cannot be returned once opened.
